Shipping: In order to make your shopping experience with Earth Crystal.com as easy as possible, we have started using a PayPal Shopping cart. Your order will be processed through the PayPal system to insure your safety.

Shipping: Most orders ship within 48 - 72 hours. Free shipping on orders shipped to U.S. destinations.

USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 day delivery) - Add $4.00.
USPS Overnight Mail - Add $15.00.
International delivery - Add the actual cost of shipping & insurance.

Each jewelry item you order will be shipped in a gift box. Sales Tax: We collect 6.5% Florida State Sales Tax on orders shipped within our home state.

The shipping charges will be added automatically. Should your shipping be more than you paid through the shopping cart we will notify you by phone or email to inform you of any additional shipping charges.

Alternative to PayPal: You can then either pay via PayPal or you can call us and we can process your payment at our store.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If for ANY reason, you're not delighted with your Earth Crystal purchase, we'll either send you a replacement, exchange your purchase for an alternate item, or refund your payment. Just contact us by email or telephone to inform us of the problem and we'll provide you with return instructions.

Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Payment by check may delay your order for up to five days, allowing for the payment to be cleared by your financial institution.
